Expert trainers and fitness coaches will host two one-week residencies from 28 October to 1 November 2024, and 4-8 November, to offer wellness seekers a dose of Cypriot vitamin D and a daily roster of curated fitness classes. Up first, coach Phodi Adams will put participants through their paces with a schedule of intensive strength and conditioning and HIIT classes, focusing on core and abs, lower body, and upper body.
