This Virginia Kerridge-designed property is just south of Byron Bay and comes with a series of interconnected, low-lying pavilions.

The property was designed for a blended family with six children to enjoy on weekends and school holidays with friends and relatives.

Ohana is located about halfway between Byron Bay and Lennox Head on NSW’s North Coast, and fronts Seven Mile Beach.

The interiors were designed by Iain Halliday of interior design firm Burley Katon Halliday.

The property’s 1000-square-metre roof captures rain that is directed into the 130,000-litre freshwater tank.

Ohana is surrounded by 0.8 hectares of irrigated lawns, garden and orchards with landscape design by Jane Irwin.

The beachside retreat features a tennis court with a Virginia Kerridge-designed pavilion.

Ohana’s kitchen features Sub-Zero fridges, Wolf appliances, Oak ply cabinetry and a butler’s pantry with a wine fridge.

The property has a feng shui sand garden.
